Anterior Uveitis:
Inflammation of the anterior uvea, or iris and/or ciliary body
Etiology:
 | Frequently idiopathic, but certain ocular and systemic diseases may be the
underlying cause |
Signs & Symptoms:
 | Periocular achy pain, photophobia, normal or blurred vision |
 | Cilliary flush |
 | Hypopion (yellow-white purulent anterior chamber) |
Treatment:
 | Opthalmologic referral |
